RSM US LLPJob Title: Senior Associate Corporate TaxLocation: 1001 Liberty Ave, Suite 800, Pittsburgh, PA 15222Duties: Prepare and detail review 1120 corporation income tax compliance within CCH Axcess Tax software, including extensions and multi state tax returns. Make tax adjustments such as Sec 163j, NOL utilization, credit utilization, tax basis fixed asset management, Sec 481 amortization for corporations, analyze DTA/DTL tax accounts. Prepare and detail review tax provision in accordance with ASC740 standard, including tax adjustments such as Sec 163j, NOL utilization and analyzing DTA/DTL tax accounts. Prepare and detail review quarterly tax estimates and year-end tax planning, including potential tax effect from sale of properties, deferred prepaids, accrued expenses, and etc. Prepare complex tax returns; and perform detailed review and analysis of tax returns. Interact directly with clients handling tax related questions, planning, and concerns. Develop, motivate, and train staff level and intern team members. Perform, document, and summarize research and conclusions regarding specific tax issues. Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law.Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Business Administration or related; 2 years of experience as an Associate or related *internship experience is acceptable.
