Hubbard Family Swim School provides swim lessons that build confidence and teach water safety skills in a child-centered environment. A Customer Service Team Member is an independent self starter that is able to problem solve various situations. They handle customers over the phone, as well as in person, assisting them with various questions regarding Hubbard Family Swim School programs, philosophies and registration. A Customer Service Team Member has clear communication skills and is willing to do whatever it takes to make our customer’s time memorable. The ideal candidate will respond promptly to customer inquiries, build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, provide professional customer support, ensures customer satisfaction, as well as communicates and coordinates with colleagues as necessary.

Key Requirements

High School diploma

Minimum 1 year customer service experience

Computer and Microsoft software knowledge

Ability to sit, use a telephone and computer for extended periods of time

Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed

Minimum 1 year commitment and 2-3 shifts per week

Customer Service shifts are between the following hours: 7:00am-8:00pm weekdays, 7:00am-2:00pm Saturdays, 8:00am-5:30pm Sundays
