Medical Assistant for in home assessments

This position offers the unique fulfillment of local travel and the opportunity of face-to-face interactions with members directly in the comfort of their home.

You'll play a vital role in completing HEDIS Measures and setting up comprehensive assessments such as Annual Wellness & Quality Gap Care visits for our members in their homes.

*Location:*

We are hiring in the state of Maine. The applicants must be local and have reliable transportation.

*Schedule:*
* 40 hours of availability, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5 pm
* Seeing between 6-8 patients per day.
* Independent Contractor

*Compensation:*
* 1099 Contractor
* $25 - $30 per hour

*What You’ll Do:*
* Perform complex patient-oriented testing procedures.
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy.
* Deliver a warm, caring experience for our members.
* Maintain high member satisfaction and efficient communication.

*Requirements:*
* 75 Mile travel radius
* Experience with Optical Screenings
* Licensed CNA with at least 1 Year of experience
* Active LPN/LVN License with at least 1 Year of experience
* You are proficient in telemedicine tools and comfortable in an in-home setting.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers or CPR/AED is required.
* Experience in Internal Medicine, or Family Practice is preferred.
