We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Manager to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional performance in technology sales. Duties
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and account management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on team performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
- Experience managing outside sales teams and driving results through effective leadership.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
