Group Sales Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Manager to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional performance in technology sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, technical sales, and account management, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can market our products and services while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Duties

1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and account management.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills.
5. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on team performance.
6. Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the customer base.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales, preferably in a managerial role.
2. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
3. Experience managing outside sales teams and driving results through effective leadership.
4. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
6. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
7. Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
8. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
