Social Worker

We are seeking an exceptional Social Worker for our Hospice program, part-time or full-time availability. Candidate must be reliable and home health/hospice experience is a plus. Candidate must work efficiently, possess critical thinking skills, and experience with EMR is preferred.We offer a flexible schedule, recently revised salary and benefits package, and most staff are eligible for an agency-provided vehicle.
