As a Software Developer at Orium, you'll work with high-profile enterprise clients on projects that impact thousands of people every day. Reporting to the Manager, Software Development, your role will feature plenty of technical challenges and opportunities to improve the practice and process of software development at Orium.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other developers, designers, and team members creating and implementing project work
  • Prioritize and estimate work to be done alongside designers and Engagement Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Be transparent about progress
  • Build out template components, with CSS, and some JS needed ideally (like vue js plugins, vanilla JS for some components like autocompletion)
  • Write custom JavaScript plugins for custom form components and other widgets.
  • Proactively update stakeholders on project progress and decision making rationale
  • Document and diagram designs to communicate with project stakeholders

Skills And Qualifications

  • 5+ years industry experience as a front-end Drupal developer
  • Drupal 8/9 theming and FE background: twig, theme hooks, preprocess
  • Tailwind CSS framework
  • Experience with component libraries such Fractal and Storybook
  • Excellent JS/ES6 skills
