Job Summary

Performs selected medical assistant and clerical duties to assist in care for clinic patients. Works collaboratively with other clinic staff to solve practice-related problems.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program preferred
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred

Certification, Licensure, Registration

• National Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA); or
• National Registration as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through the American Medical Technologist (AMT); or
• National Certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) through the National Health Career Association and Medical Assistant diploma or National Certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) through the National Health Career Association with one year of experience

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

• $19.25 - $27.00 per hour
