Senior Account Executive
Lepley Recruiting Services is representing a premier custom carpet and area rug supplier for the hospitality and contract markets. They are known in the design industry for high-quality standards, unique products such as Axminster, injection printed carpet, machine tufted, hand-tufted, and outdoor area rugs.
The company is one of the very few floor covering manufacturers anywhere in the world with the ability, experience, and resources necessary to address projects of greater prestige, complexity, and size. The design and manufacturing capabilities are carried out to exacting Quality Assurance Standard, while the environmental accreditations include LEED, CARE, and CRI’s Green Level Plus programs.
The company is currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to help establish and maintain working relationships with new and existing clients. A competitive package includes a base salary with uncapped commission, full benefits, an expense account, and generous paid time off.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years of hospitality and contract sales experience.
- Proven work experience as an outside sales representative in the hospitality industry or in a similar sales environment.
- Ability to drive specifications of products to a network of hospitality architects and interior designers.
- Established hospitality relationships with a broad client base.
- Knowledge of the geographical market and the ability to manage and cover the market effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work with complex and long sales cycles.
- Strong organization and presentation skills.
- Some carpet and/or Axminster carpet background preferred.
