Our work depends on Launch System Analyst joining our team to maintain support in accordance with established organization, office policies, regulations, and procedures.HOW A LAUNCH SYSTEM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACTLaunch Systems Analyst tasks include:Provides space vehicle to launch vehicle integration, manifesting, and launch expertiseSupport ESS schedule processSupport implementation of the MRTT processProvides Launch mission management process continuity across the Launch EnterpriseSupports Launch Mission Management interface with internal and external divisions, agencies and contractorsSupports coordination process for planning and readiness meetingsPerforms quality assurance of all launch mission integration products assuring quality products are properly developed, coordinated and delivered.Standardizes readiness reviews and activities where possibleManage OSL Derived requirementsSupport the OL and Mission Manager in implementing Risk Management processReconciles launch requirements against mission execution plansSupports the collaboration efforts with clients to assure common understanding and sharing of resources for certification activitiesFosters collaboration with external launch partners and organizationsAttend Launch Scheduling/Manifest Meetings as requiredSupport each OSL launch campaign, throughout the launch process, by ensuring the availability of necessary Mission IT infrastructure and services as driven by satellite program and OSL requirements, including NOPS launch requirementsSupport Pathfinder or Trailblazer activities as requiredManage the requirements baseline throughout the campaign utilizing the Move Add-Change process (MAC) as requiredDO Action Item trackerSupport launch communications network management and console communication checksPerform mission script developmentSupport ML efforts and General priority categories 2 and 2.5Participates in special projects as required.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience● Required Technical Skills: MAC, MRTT, Launch experienc● Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCCI with Polygraph● Required Skills and Abilities:Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AccessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced Excel (includes use of complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts/graphics)● Location: On Customer Site● US Citizenship Required.GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays.The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
