Ancel Glink is looking to add a Litigation Attorney to the team. The attorney will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases and representing clients in various legal proceedings.
Position Responsibilities:
- Represent clients at hearings, trials, depositions, and mediation.
- Gather and analyze evidence and records pertaining to the case.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the course of the case.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements and other legal documents as required.
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years of prior experience and exposure to civil rights and tort cases.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
