Financial Admin Assistant (Part-Time)
Our client, an interdisciplinary research lab in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Part Time Financial Admin Assistant to join their team! This position will be hybrid and is slated to last for a few months. This position will provide backup administrative support including vacation and leave coverage, transitional support and serve as an information resource for other administrative assistants.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day spending
  • Reconciliation of expenses, expense reimbursements, travel reports, purchase orders and contracts, accounts payables, track spending and maintain all records, invoices and receipts.
  • General administrative tasks
  • Arrange travel and itineraries for individuals
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Create work orders, create and maintain event purchase orders, pay vendors supporting event(s) and other related event support as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant for senior managers is preferred
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
    • Experience using any of the following project management tools - Buy2Pay, Tableau, Slack, Trello and Asana is a plus!
