Job Summary


The Channel Partnerships Director is responsible for supporting sales leaders and sales teams within a specific region to help drive bookings through partner relationships. They will leverage cross functional resources such as sales learning and development, marketing, and product to help coordinate market specific initiatives. In addition, they will develop and manage assigned partner relationships and will play a key role in strategic planning related to long term channel partner strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to determine field alignment for broker channel partners.
  • Collaborate with learning and development team to create and deliver training for sales leaders and sellers, enabling them to drive success with partners.
  • Coach and mentor sales leaders and sellers to drive broker referrals and grow bookings; this includes in-market visits, training, field rides and subject matter support on Paycor broker value proposition.
  • Coordinate with COI Marketing to align various marketing campaigns, strategies and costs to support applicable regions.
  • Develop and manage new assigned broker partner relationships.
  • Function as the Paycor point of contact with C-level executives of assigned broker and technology partners.
  • Set and track annual bookings and activity goals with Paycor leadership and partner leadership.
  • Responsible for channel bookings and activity goals for assigned region.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in business development/relationship management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Business-related field of study preferred (Marketing, Accounting, Finance, etc.); MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in program management preferred
  • Demonstrated experience influencing a large field salesforce and working cross-functionally
  • Proven track record with marketing programs that result in lead generation and revenue
  • Prior broker/financial services/brand marketing experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, presentation, organizing, and training skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages and group facilitation
  • Well-developed consulting skills, including the ability to successfully manage partner expectations
  • Strong problem solving skills, using an analytical approach, and consultative “partner-focused” approach
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and follow up skills

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $76,700- 128,700. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
