Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel bookings and coordinate with vendors.
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in smooth operations for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays.
Skills:
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills; comfortable with internet research.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Capable of handling complaints professionally.
- Good decision-making and time management skills.
- Basic math skills for discounts and refunds.
- Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation for commuting.
