Regional Law firm has an immediate need for a senior level Paralegal with a background in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions to join their team in their WPB office. The position offers the opportunity to work with top clientele and sophisticated transactions. Experience/Duties

• Paralegal Certificate or Degree (FRP a plus)
• Experience in large law firms working on sophisticated and high net value commercial real estate transactions.
• Must be able to run a transaction from beginning to end.
• Must be extremely well versed in all aspects of title work.
• Prepare and maintain closing checklists and documents.
• Min 5+ years' experience in a medium to large law firm is mandatory and will be considered.
