Job Overview: The Temp Senior Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in supporting compensation initiatives in a fast-paced, PEO environment. This position requires strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, tactical approach to ensure effective data organization, reporting, and communication. The ideal candidate is mature in their career, experienced in compensation analysis, and skilled in Excel, allowing them to handle complex data and work effectively with diverse personalities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage compensation data in an organized, efficient manner.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on compensation metrics to support strategic compensation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate compensation programs and address inquiries.
- Provide analytical support in evaluating compensation structures and aligning them with business goals.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate records within the compensation management system.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports to guide decision-making and support compensation strategy.
- Adapt to various organizational structures, displaying resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
- Familiarity with PEO (Professional Employer Organization) environments is preferred.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for working with diverse teams and personalities.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are advantageous.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of compensation principles and data analysis methodologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to approach compensation analysis with a strategic, big-picture mindset.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a flexible environment, demonstrating resilience when navigating diverse company structures and personalities.
- Organization & Data Management: Excellent ability to organize and manage large sets of compensation data.
- Communication: Effectively conveys information and collaborates with internal stakeholders across varying levels of the organization.
- Work Environment: Office-based, with potential flexibility for hybrid work. Some adaptability in dealing with unique organizational needs is essential.
