Key strategic positionwithin the Finance Organization to lead the treasury department and reportingto the CFO.This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite inBroomfield, CO.In this role, you will be responsible for:Responsible for the strong relationship with banks and other financialentitiesStrong communication skills to have direct contact with lenders and investors.Active engagement in new tools and system implementationIn charge of cash flow forecast/positions, borrowing and ensure fundingavailable for paymentsOversee daily and weekly cash positioning activities including managing dailyliquidity, cash optimization.Active sponsor of internal control and company complianceStrong connection with different business partners and FP&A to developstrategies to improve and optimize working capital and total cash generation.Develop treasury reporting dashboards and KPIsLead in identifying risk, developing mitigation plans and strategiesActive leadership to design and co-pilot our free cash flow strategyReview and analyze banking and investment management fees to identify costreductionsThe base compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000commensurate with experience.
About You
About You:BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required, preferred inAccounting or Finance10+ years of proven experience in Finance and TreasuryHigh degree of analytical and problem-solving capabilityProactive and constructive attitudeExperience with ERP implementation and / or ERP enhancements, and processimprovements
