A school district in Los Angeles, CA is looking for dedicated School Occupational Therapists OT to join their team for the 2024 - 2025 school year with the possibility to extend. School Occupational Therapists OTs who work for Pioneer Healthcare Services are dedicated professionals who interact amongst diverse populations and are enthusiastic about the difference they make in their patients' lives through assessment and treatment.
Responsibilities of a School Occupational Therapist OT: IEP meetings, writes assessment, proposes treatment strategies, writes individual student goals and objectives, maintains progress reports Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the laws and policies governing Special Education, particularly as they pertain to the delivery of occupational therapy services New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition Grade level Pre K - High School 2024 - 2025 school year Documentation is completed in a timely, complete, legible, concise and accurate manner
