District Manager

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all locations open on time, remain open until scheduled to close, and are staffed appropriately.
  • Collect and review KPIs on an ongoing daily basis to confirm we are pacing to hit goals or make necessary changes.
  • Send a brief daily recap email at the conclusion of the day to communicate ongoing challenges, opportunities, and wins.
  • Submit the agenda for the following week no later than Saturday at 7 PM to the RM.
  • Be the cheerleader for your team, maintaining a high level of positivity and motivation.
  • Hold your team accountable through performance management.
  • Handle claims, warranties, and customer complaints exceeding $100.
  • Process Personal Action Forms for employee changes.
  • Grow the business by increasing customer count and maintaining fleet accounts.
  • Conduct interviews and recruit for your market.
  • Manage social media customer feedback and reviews.
  • Verify payroll accuracy every Thursday.
  • Approve orders while staying within budget.
  • Respond to all emails with detail, professionalism, and positivity.
  • Ensure cross-training and manage turnover professionally.
  • Support company incentives and initiatives to motivate your team.
  • Complete all admin tasks by Monday at 8 AM.

  • Work 5 days, 50 hours in stores while being engaged and available when needed.

  • Increase sales, control costs, and ensure profitability.
