UW Medical Center-Montlake - Operations & Maintenance has an outstanding opportunity to hire a CMMS ANALYST (Program Operations Analyst) .

WORK SCHEDULE
40 hours per week, Day Shift

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • The CMMS Analyst will provide a wide variety of analytical, strategic, and operational support to the Operations & Maintenance department and various other multi-disciplinary teams within the organization, primarily focusing on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • The CMMS program is instrumental in notifying and prioritizing Operations & Maintenance preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • Be a part of a team dedicated to supporting UW Medicine where Patients Are First.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, configure, plan, report and track the Total Management System (TMS) used for projects, resources, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and regulatory requirements within Facilities and Engineering department.
  • Fiscal management and new employee onboarding.
  • Coordinate regulatory reporting, tracking (The Joint Commission (JCAHO), Department of Health, Fire Marshal) and functions in support of the Facilities and Engineering departments.
  • Develop tools for monitoring, tracking and reporting analysis of budgets and resources within the Operations & Maintenance department.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement program operations ensuring program objectives and goals are reached for the Total Management System (TMS).
  • Resolve Environment of Care issues and regulatory compliance testing and inspections.

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in data management or related field.
  • 2-3 years experience with CMMS programs and maintenance management.

ADDITIONAL

  • Hospital experience desired.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
