Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist Activation & Operation is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing local and store level marketing activation activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role will also manage the marketing operations activities for the Marketing department as a whole, closely collaborating across Marketing teams and across functions to ensure Marketing processes are established and maintained. Candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong analytical and project management skills.

This position is located at our Bala Cynwyd office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement geographic specific marketing activation plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute geographic specific marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Organize and manage local events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing activation campaigns using key metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare summary reports on outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and manage program budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing programs and operations.
  • Manage the overall Marketing department administrative tasks, including budgets, contracts, coordination of company events (eg, Town Halls), leading processes to ensure effective tracking and compliance across Marketing teams of all allocated and non-allocated resources, etc.
  • Partners directly with the VP's of Marketing, the CMO and the head of FP&A on tracking and reporting of Marketing budgets.
  • Maintain, monitor and process invoices and database related to the Marketing budget.
  • Maintain and process contract utilizing contract platform.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing with a focus on activation, planning, and budgeting.

  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
