Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

  • Writes up customer orders with high accuracy rate.
  • Provides customer support on all orders.
  • Double keys all customer orders with high accuracy rate after data entry.
  • Provides technical support to the customer as it relates to our product.
  • Provides correct and timely order acknowledgements to customers via email.
  • Verifies customer orders prior to data entry, ensuring correctness and completeness.
  • Provides correct and timely responses to customer orders and questions via email and or phone call.
  • Tracks orders and updates customer and management on status.
  • Ensures orders are shipped on time.
  • Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 1-year previous customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and listening skills.
  • Ability to read and perform mathematical calculations and write measurements in number fractions at a high school level.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawing and specifications.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to bend/twist, carry, kneel, reach, stand, squat, stair climb, and walk occasionally
  • Ability to use Wrist/hand/fingers/shoulders/elbows, sit and type frequently
