Qualifications:
Required:
B.S. or Associate degree in a technical or scientific field with industrial lab experience, including clean room and wafer-level processing methods & tools.
1-2 years of hands-on industrial experience in a semiconductor fab or similar environment.
Familiarity with material characterization, wafer-level metrology, and thin film analysis.
Experience with thermal and mechanical analysis tools and techniques.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a results-driven team player.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
English fluency.
Strongly Preferred:
Industrial wet lab experience in formulation, film casting, and lamination.
Hands-on fab experience, including wafer handling, coating, lithography, and metrology.
Expertise with analytical equipment for chemical, mechanical, and thermal analysis.
Problem-solving skills in a team environment.
Applications testing for quality control and reliability testing.
Enthusiasm for wafer-level or panel-level material formulation.

Responsibilities:
Focus on panel and wafer-level processing techniques.
Perform hands-on lab work, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
Execute project workflows like laminations, coatings, lithography, and analysis.
Support prototyping and optimization development initiatives.
Maintain relationships with internal analytical collaborators.
Communicate research clearly to team members of varying technical backgrounds.
Work well on cross-functional and global teams, including Asia-based customers.
