Foundation Health Partner's Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician to join our team.

The Opportunity:

Join our established team at Foundation Health Partners OB/GYN clinic, proudly serving women in Interior Alaska for over 60 years. As a member of our team, you'll provide comprehensive care across obstetrics and gynecology, supporting women through every stage of their lives. With a solid referral network and deep community trust, you'll enjoy a steady patient flow and opportunities for collaboration with hospital services. Our modern facility, including a 7-bay OR, fully equipped operating suite for Cesarean deliveries, Level II NICU, and plans for an OB ED, ensure you'll have the resources to excel in both maternal and gynecological care. If you're an experienced OB/GYN physician seeking a fulfilling opportunity in a supportive environment, our clinic offers a rewarding place to practice.

  • Compensation: $361,000 base salary. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $65k sign-on bonus.
  • Benefits: Full employee benefits, medical, vision, dental, 401k.
  • Schedule: M-F, 3 clinic days (8:00- 5:00), 1 OR day and 1 admin day.
  • Partners: 2 OB/GYN physicians, 1 CNM, skilled nurses and medical assistants, and a dedicated Practice Manager. We also have exceptional support from in-house anesthesia along with adult and pediatric hospitalist teams.

Responsibilities

Graduate of an approved school of medicine with licensure in state where he/she practices.

Board Eligible/Board Certified by appropriate certifying board. Current DEA number.

Must apply for and maintain Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges at appropriate facilities if required by Physician's employment agreement. Requires commitment to healthcare and concern for people in distress, critical listening skills and ability to communicate clearly, desire to work with all types of people and work as a team member and excellent interpersonal skills. Able to meet desired business outcomes while maintaining quality of care. Must be willing to update skills constantly.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
