About The Role
Leading global firm committed to diversity and inclusion seeks experienced lawyer to join our award-winning Corporate practice group in Brisbane. Our client services national and international clients across a diverse range of sectors and you will gain exposure to a wide variety of work including M&A transactions, capital raises, establishment and structuring of retail and wholesale investment funds and complex governance advice.
If you enjoy client relationship management then this role could suit as in addition to providing high quality advice, this is a key component of the role. This team has low turnover and works closely and collaboratively. You will also have the opportunity to work with national teams elsewhere.
About You
Key requirements are:
- Minimum 3 years PAE (Australian experience critical) though returning Australian qualified lawyer applications welcomed and encouraged;
- The ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team;
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytic skills and a desire to expand their legal and commercial skills.
This role will suit a lawyer keen to develop into a leadership role, to take ownership of tasks, and consistently support partners and senior lawyers on complex matters.
