Digital Marketing Specialist

Must Haves:

• 3+ years’ experience in email marketing
• Understanding of email marketing compliance such as CAN-SPAM and ADA
• Prior experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – data warehousing, querying, audience segmenting, and audience builds
• Understanding of email marketing strategies such as lifecycle journeys, lead generation
• Reporting and data analysis experience
• Exposure to using HTML and CSS for email design – salesforce has allowed for plug and play so in-depth knowledge is not necessary

Plusses:

• Salesforce Data Cloud – data warehousing, querying, and audience segmenting
• Experience with SQL to query and analyze data

Insight Global is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist in San Antonio, TX. The email marketing specialist will help the client’s B2C efforts regarding email campaigning and marketing. They will create targeted emails to the client’s current members and follow the email lifecycle journey. The candidate will join a team of 3, focusing on the creative part of email marketing while their counterpart will be focused on data. They will be focused on email marketing, making up 50-60% of their time.
