Established General Contractor is looking for an Estimator to join their growing team in Nashua, NH! Projects mostly in NH area, occasionally in ME and VT.
Have expanded from smaller projects to more complex commercial, industrial, municipal projects - Known for delivering on excellence, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

Job Description
The Estimator is responsible for:

• Takeoffs
• Putting together bid-packages
• Compiling a range of numbers for the project
• Work with the Chief Estimator on a daily basis
• Utilizing Sage (Timberline)

The Successful Applicant
The right candidate has the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience
• Proficient in Sage Timberline, experience with Procore
• Be a team player, looking for a long term fit
• Local to NH/ MA area
• Experience with projects around $5M, design build experience preferred
