Job Summary

The role: We seek a highly motivated Sr. Product Manager to join our Ticketmaster Sponsorships Group. Our Ticketmaster Sponsorship Group manages a portfolio of web & app experiences that focus on the fan journey of discovering, purchasing and attending live events. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and working closely with creative and engineering teams to design, implement, test, and deploy in a fast-paced environment and create real-time data analytics to evaluate product performance. This position reports to the Lead Product Manager for the Ticketmaster Sponsorship Group.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Develop new features and improve existing products based on fan needs and client requirements.
  2. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create and iterate on design prototypes and validate them with users.
  3. Prioritize the backlog while considering technical and business dependencies.
  4. Groom user stories with developers and QA to ensure clear requirements and team readiness.
  5. Demo stories to stakeholders and gather feedback.
  6. Troubleshoot issues in various production and non-production environments.
  7. Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data.
  8. Recommend actions based on data analysis.
  9. Establish tracking tools, gather data, and generate reports on product and vendor performance, product revenue and profitability, and other volume statistics.
  10. Maintain, automate, and develop reports, dashboards, and processes related to products and vendors.
  11. Manage expectations and communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product development cycle.
  12. Provide strategic guidance to clients on general technology; meet with clients to determine project requirements and goals; define the scope of the partnership, plan timelines, and set deadlines.
  13. Communicate with staff at all levels of client organizations.

What a Qualified Candidate Should Possess

  1. 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a Business Analyst/System Analyst
  2. Proven ability to transform features into well-articulated business requirements as user stories
  3. Proven experience in identifying, researching and resolving data issues
  4. Outstanding problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to find the correct solution for complex business problems
  5. Self-motivated and able to handle requests from multiple team members with competing priorities.
  6. Ability to lead multiple projects at a time
  7. Excellent written, verbal and social skills
  8. Understand agile and/or kanban software development process
  9. Experience within ticketing, live events, event management, or related industries a plus
  10. Strong proficiency with collaboration and agile tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
  11. Consulting and/or vendor management experience is a plus

The Expected Compensation For This Position Is

$137,000.00 USD - $172,000.00 USD
