Travel Nurse RN - PCU in Menomonee Falls, WI

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)
**Job Specialty:** Modified Care Unit
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 1st, 12-hour days, float as needed, every other weekend
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of education at an accredited School of Nursing
**License:** Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
**Certifications:**
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)
**Must-Have:**
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice
**Job Description:**
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an adult patient population.
- Demonstrate competency in the delivery of care, adhering to ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
- Perform duties and responsibilities while maintaining the integrity and ethical standards of nursing practice.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide care adapting to the patients' needs and the healthcare environment.
- Float to different units as required based on patient needs and staffing requirements.
- Participate in weekend rotations, working every other weekend.
- Engage in continuous professional development and on-the-job training as necessary.
- Conduct patient and family education and support as part of the care process.
- Be adaptable and able to work efficiently in a high-pressure healthcare setting.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the unit supervisor or healthcare team leader.
