The Sr. Manager, Product Manager, develops and owns the short-term strategic direction of assigned product group; ensures that Littelfuse’s existing and new products drive profitable growth. Creates procedures to support the Littelfuse short-term strategy.

You Will:

1. Confront and solve performance/operational issues to improve efficiency and meet goals.
2. Partner with Senior Leadership to create the short-term strategy of assigned product group; strategy ensures that product lines meet customer needs, budgetary requirements, and quality targets.
3. Lead professionals and/or managers to ensure that the goals of the team align with the overall company strategy.
4. Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires conceptual thinking and in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
5. Establish systems to collect metrics and analyze customer needs for continued growth and profitability.

You Have:

1. Bachelor or university degree.
2. 10+ years of experience.
3. Management experience.
4. Deep knowledge of product management practices.
5. Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
6. Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Strong communication skills.
9. High attention to detail.
