- Compensation: Compensation is based on experience level and licensing, with a base salary range of $69k-$104k.
- -$25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity performance

- Additional Information: Seeking LMSW, LCSW-C, or licensed counselors who will practice within an integrated care model amongst primary care specialists.
- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- - Independently assess, evaluate, treat, educate, and monitor individuals who are experiencing emotional and/or mental disorders.
- -We have an LCSW-C and LCPC Board Supervisor on staff for those in need of supervision hours
- -Provide care within allocated appointment time slots. Appointments range from 30 min-1 hour, with 15 min for documentation.
- -Ability to close notes and complete administrative tasks from home
- - This candidate must be goal-driven, highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative in the delivery of services, and devoted to providing excellent patient care, specifically to a pediatric patient panel
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- -Licensed in MD state
- -Understand the nuances and underserved patient panel
