Position: Senior Auditor

Responsibilities:

1. Organize, plan, and conduct periodic reviews of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and other corporate activities.
2. Prepare annual risk assessments.
3. Assess internal controls, operations, and administrative functions for efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Review applicable federal regulations and internal policies and procedures (P&P) to ensure compliance with all aspects of P&P in assigned audit areas.
