We also work collaboratively with Am Law 100 law firms in roles ranging from co-counsel to consulting and testifying expert witnesses and have appeared in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Redgrave LLP is seeking talented Counsel in all our offices and/or to work remotely. We are adding qualified and talented Counsel to meet the increasing demands of our clients. The work will be for regional, national, and global clients providing practical, innovative, and cost-effective solutions in the eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy service markets.

Candidates should have at least five (5) years of experience in eDiscovery and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience advising clients on a range of eDiscovery issues, developing discovery plans, complying with best practices, implementing and leveraging discovery analytics and technology, managing the discovery process, and defending and resolving issues that arise during the course of discovery.

We are looking for strong candidates who have:

  • Excellent judgment and be able to exercise it under pressure.
  • Ability to impress and handle a range of clients.
  • Demonstrated ability and thought leadership in one or more practice areas of value to the Firm.
  • Strong technical, client management, project plan design, facilitation, and project leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of Firm team members, clients, and business partners.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of legal principles specifically on eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy and be up to date with the existing and emerging law, legislation, and practices.
  • Ability to function in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain an atmosphere where team spirit thrives on cooperation, trust, and empowerment.
  • Admission to the bar in at least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, Washington D.C.
