As the DevSecOps Evangelist at Endor Labs, you're part of the Product Marketing team with the mission to help our audiences understand software supply chain security and love Endor Labs. Equal parts marketer and engineer, you love talking about technology, trends, and getting into the minutia of a product. You collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams to create content ranging from blogs to demos to conference talks for technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing on product launch and use case strategy.
  • Teach our audiences about software supply chain security and how it can be valuable to them, introducing them to new concepts which can help them achieve their goals.
  • Showcase the capabilities of Endor Labs for the use cases which our audiences care about.
  • Produce technical content such as demos, videos, workshops, tutorials, technical white papers, conference presentations, webinars, CFPs, and documentation.
  • Represent Endor Labs at customer and community engagements such as customer dinners, conferences, and meetups.
  • Enable the sales and customer success teams on new features.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in independently producing AppSec and/or developer marketing content as part of your core job (probably in a technical marketing, technical product manager, developer relations, or solution engineering role). Bonus: Product-led growth/product-led sales environment.
  • Effective communicator and confident public speaker.
  • Familiarity with AppSec/product security practices, the state of current AST tools in the market, and how the open source community functions.
  • A working knowledge of the developer and DevOps ecosystems and practices, including developer or AppSec tools (e.g. GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VScode) and some understanding of different programming languages and how they manage packages/open source components (Maven, npm, pip, etc). Bonus: Experience writing code/developing applications using open source components and/or making contributions to open source projects.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
  • Ability to travel for events and team working sessions.
