Overview

The Associate plays a pivotal role in assisting our clients in addressing their operational challenges and driving transformative change. They work closely with senior consultants and client teams, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. They also have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience by working independently to build internal capabilities and processes for the team.

Bellwether’s Corporate Advisory practice serves private and public companies, providing tailored advisory solutions for diverse organizational landscapes. We serve as thought partners to our clients in many capacities including value creation and across the M&A lifecycle. Focusing on growth strategy, transformations, transactions, recovery and turnarounds, Bellwether Corporate Advisory executes the fundamental changes necessary to create and sustain value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize with senior consultants and client teams to identify operational challenges and develop innovative solutions;
  • Conduct research and data analysis to gather insights and support strategic decision-making;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives;
  • Perform process assessments and identify opportunities for streamlining and cost reduction;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of best practices and operational excellence;
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to operations management.
Professional Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in operations consulting or a related field.
  • Strategy, restructuring or M&A experience preferred; client-facing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Education/Certification
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, finance).

Travel Requirements
  • This position requires up to 100% travel. Employees must be willing and able to travel to client sites nationwide and internationally as needed. Travel schedules may vary depending on client needs and project demands. Candidates should expect to be on-site at client locations during the workweek, with the potential for extended stays and weekend travel as required. Travel is an essential function of this role, and flexibility in scheduling is necessary to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.

$120,000 - $130,000 a year

$120,000 - $130,000 base, plus discretionary bonus

Offered salary is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.
