**Job Description:**
- Seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care and outpatient facility.
- Open to first-time applicants.
- Shift consists of five 8-hour days.
- Facility provides housing and rental vehicle for assignment period.
- Housing includes one-bedroom apartments, and pets are not allowed.
- Facility serves patients of all ages and diagnoses, including specialties like wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatrics.
- Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital with 46 acute care beds and 22 long-term care beds.
- Must be willing to work two out of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- Will not be required to float to different units or facilities.
- Completion of pre-start and annual non-billable modules is required.
- Orientation includes 40 non-billable hours.
- If required, communication devices will be provided to perform duties.
- Housing and vehicle arrangements will be available 72 hours before contract begins and will need to be returned 24 hours after contract ends.
