TITLE: Senior Salesforce Developer
LOCATION: Atlanta, Ga
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 3 Month contract
Senior Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into well-designed solutions that best leverage Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Provide detailed estimates of effort and timelines from project inception to deployment.
- Lead technical design sessions to document solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including developing custom solutions and integrations.
- Manage technical scope and client expectations throughout project delivery.
- Offer hands-on expert-level support to developers for technical challenges.
- Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
- Demonstrate technical thought leadership and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Implement Advanced Apex programming concepts such as core design patterns, trigger handling, bulk patterns, asynchronous operations, and unit testing.
- Embrace modern SDLC practices, including iterative and incremental development with a focus on delivering working software frequently.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Salesforce technology during sales cycles, marketing events, and client interactions.
- Adhere to coding standards and deliver well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand code.
Senior Salesforce Developer Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering complex Salesforce.com solutions.
- Expertise in Advanced Apex programming, Salesforce integration, and custom development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience leading technical design sessions and managing Salesforce development teams.
- Familiarity with modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Senior Salesforce Developer Preferred Experience:
- Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I/II).
- Experience working with other Salesforce products, such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.
- Previous experience in consulting or as a technical lead on Salesforce projects.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
