The Publicis Media Exchange activates across all local media channels too, including Television, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Digital Video (OTT/CTV/VOD).
Our Negotiator roles are the critical thread connecting the marketplace to client goals and outcomes. In this role your understanding of marketplace pricing and dynamics will be pivotal to our success.
- Create and activate smart, effective, inclusive and efficient advertising solutions in your assigned local markets (usually low-mid ranked and/or low-mid complexity markets)
- Successfully manage timelines, client guidelines, and ensure key performance metrics are achieved
- Successfully manage campaign performance reporting and total agreement fulfillment
- Cultivate relationships with partners/vendors that add value for our clients
- Be an expert on the individual nuances in your assigned markets and know how to utilize market strengths to our client's best advantage
- Be an expert on the leading local buying platforms and tools
- Collaborate with our team to share your knowledge and to further develop your skills and the skills of other team members
- You will have the full support of our Supervisors and Management to fuel your growth and maximize your potential

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience negotiating Local Video and/ or Audio Investment
- Exhibit sharp attention to detail and strong math skills
- Have an intermediate knowledge of Excel and experience with HMX, OX and Prisma media platforms
- Have a strong understanding of local media measurement (Nielsen and Comscore)

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
