Job Summary
- The LPN with Clinics is accountable for providing high quality professional care to patients and families under the supervision of the provider in their scope of practice.
- Position is a float position providing support at the Carlson Street Clinic.
Education and/or Experience
- Previous clinic experience preferred
- Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing required
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota upon hire
Work Schedule
- Clinic hours: 8:00am-5:00pm; 72 hours every 2 weeks
