What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Actively prospect new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  2. Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
  3. Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
  2. Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+)
  3. Experience selling to C-level executives using a consultative approach
  4. Strong understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal operations
  5. Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. College degree preferred
  2. Experience in developing and executing account plans
  3. Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  4. Enthusiastic about refining sales strategies and enhancing team culture
