Job SummaryAs a Sr. Marketing Specialist with Compass, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional team and support our food service operations by upholding high standards in cost management, quality, and customer service to maximize profitability.
This position is ideal for a dynamic marketing professional seeking to contribute to an innovative and customer-focused team. This is an on-site role based at our Thousand Oaks, CA, office and requires 25-30% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Emphasis on wellness and nutrition.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and projects, focusing on both new and existing accounts.
- Drive expansion and innovation across our marketing platforms.
- Manage and optimize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Track, review, and report on marketing activities, providing insights into performance and outcomes.
- Ensure marketing activities align with budget requirements.
- Create and deliver presentations that communicate marketing strategies and results.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends to apply insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- 25%-30% travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in presenting to large audiences.
- Knowledgeable in merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
