Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant General Manager to join our Pilates studio team. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager (GM) in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the GM in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth and efficient studio environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly environment and addressing customer concerns or complaints.
  2. Responsible, along with the General Manager and Sales Associates, for ensuring that studio membership and revenue goals are met through personal sales and training staff.
  3. Responsible for helping to build the studio community through organizing and executing events.
  4. Assist the General Manager in supervising and managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  5. Be the direct point of contact for all staff when the General Manager is off.
  6. Oversee all billing issues (membership agreements, cancellations, freezes, failed payments, etc).
  7. Assist with retail displays, sales, and inventory.
  8. Responsible for posting social media stories.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio.
  10. Work collaboratively on monthly studio plans, grassroots marketing, and promotional activities.
  11. Any other tasks required to meet company goals.
