We're looking for an Estimator , working in Engineering/Manufacturing industry in Secaucus, New Jersey, 07094, United States .

• Perform estimates from start to finish that are large commercial.
• Follow estimating and pre-construction processes and procedures.
• Manage permitting and owner contract facilitation.
• Provide new ideas to improve upon our current processes, etc.

Experience Required for Your Success

• Associates Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field required or equivalent experience
• 3 years experience in landscape and hardscape management
• Experienced with both lump sum and GMP contract types
  
• Solid understanding of landscape plant material for the New England region and proper techniques
• Understanding of horticultural practices related to plant materials and basic understanding of low voltage lighting, water features, irrigation systems and be able to read blueprints
• Passion to sell and close deals
• Competitive
