JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Highly Proficient in using SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS services including Redshift, Snowflake, Kinesis, Athena, S3
- Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and KPIs, define a framework and perform analysis, and design the appropriate and actionable solution
- Having outstanding interpersonal skills with experience collaborating and influencing across all levels of the organization including written, verbal, and technology illustrations
- Some experience with a data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
- Experience with statistical methods like clustering analysis and classification
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM)
- Basic understanding of ETL platforms and functions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field with a focus on data analysis, data structures, or data modeling
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $95,000.00-135,500.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
