Entry Level Analyst

Our client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking an Entry Level Analyst in Boston, MA:

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Conduct financial data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Help with budgeting and forecasting activities, analyzing variances and providing recommendations.
• Support accounts payable/receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results to budgeted targets.
• Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
