Clinical Lead Dental Assistant

Goodland Dentistry and Braces is seeking a Clinical Lead Dental Assistant to join our team in Texarkana, TX. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership at the office level to ensure the delivery of quality and compassionate dental care to our patients. You will also be responsible for assisting the office manager in optimizing office efficiency, participating in local events, and upholding the highest integrity in adherence to regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited senior high school or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as a dental assistant
• Demonstrated supervisory ability
• X-ray certification from Texas- certified and posted on TSBDE's website
• CPR/BLS certification
• Nitrous oxide certification (may be completed within 30 days of hire)
• Coronal Polishing and Sealants certification a plus
