This firm is a leading adviser to the hedge fund industry, with a presence in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. They regularly set up hedge funds in various domiciles, including the Cayman Islands, Delaware, Ireland, Luxembourg, and Malta. The firm also advises on the emerging trend of alternatives managers developing registered closed-end funds and open-end mutual funds. They are well-versed in the evolving marketplace, including the growth of 'hybrid' or 'crossover' structures.
