Responsibilities

  1. Client counsel: Serve as the primary client contact; provide strategic and tactical recommendations, develop and execute program and project plans, manage account activity and budget, and coordinate team members.
  2. Writing: Write compelling communications and marketing plans, company narratives, press releases, pitches, media statements, proposals and other documents.
  3. Media relations: Provide strategic media counsel and be able to secure media coverage for clients.
  4. Social media: Create and execute strong content campaigns that deliver long term engagement.
  5. Digital marketing: Manage digital campaigns from set up to execution, review and reporting, leveraging iQ’s digital marketing experts.
  6. Team leader: Train, support and mentor direct reports and junior team members to ensure quality of work for clients and encourage professional development.

Requirements

  1. 6-8 years in public relations and marketing, agency experience a plus.
  2. Excellent verbal, writing, presentation, research, editing and client interaction skills.
  3. Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines.
  5. Collaborative and considerate.
  6. High-energy and positive attitude.
