Treasury Manager up to $150,000 + 25% bonus

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary, plus a 25% bonus. The position includes 100% coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance, along with other exceptional benefits. Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support for all treasury management activities
• Develop investment strategies and oversee cash portfolios
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
• Manage and maintain the Treasury Management System
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOC requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of treasury experience, ideally within financial services
• Experience managing wires, bank relationships, and cash flow management
• Familiarity with treasury management systems (experience with Hazeltree is a plus)
