We are currently partnered with one of the world’s largest regulatory life science solutions companies that has an award-winning AI drug safety platform. They have several products and consulting services that are sold worldwide. They are now planning a global expansion as they continue to grow year on year.
The service sales associate director will follow up on contracts, secure SOWS, and maintain constant engagement. This role involves building relationships and aligning the scope to provide feedback to internal teams. Therefore, a solid understanding of integration, migration, configuration, and SDLC for regulated, complex systems is essential. You will be building and maintaining relationships with clients, making up around 15 to 20 percent of the company’s portfolio. A strong account management background in SaaS services is required.
