Major bank seeks Digital Marketing and Social Media Consultant to promote digital media channels including social media, website content and digital email
THIS ROLE IS ONSITE IN NEW YORK CITY
You need to have experience in promoting business and profiles by managing social media channels and website content. You will collaborate with a team across PR, digital marketing, video production, conferences/events and creative services.
ROLE:
Manage and schedule, place and post marketing campaigns and content on social media channels in order to increase audience engagement
Work with marketing and design partners to create, review, write and manage marketing and social media
Maintain and manage website including videos, articles, and podcasts by keeping pages current and updated with fresh content and branded images. Work with banking teams, partners and vendors to design content for placement and optimize search engine optimization
Schedule meetings and track press calls
Coordinate the publication of marketing newsletters and content
Obtain and maintain required communication approvals from stakeholders
Communicate with and present ideas and requests to management and bankers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
2-4 years’ marketing experience in an operational or creative field; agency and/or financial services
Experience managing and maintaining corporate social media channels
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Comprehensive understanding of the creative process for print, digital, video and social marketing media
Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Knowledge and/or interest in finance, financial services or banking
